Qigong - Movements for Physical and Holistic Health
Qigong is a series of gentle movements coordinated with your breathing to strengthen and heal the joints and organs of your body. Qigong has been practiced for thousands of years in China to help people improve their immune system, to help monks improve their mental and spiritual attainment, and to help warriors obtain the best physical achievement. It's gentle and appropriate for people of all ages and skill levels.

Every Friday 11am to noon we have our Community Meetup featuring Taichi push hand group practice. It's a fun and easy way to learn how to practice some of the key concepts of Taichi with a friendly partner. Completely free & beginner friendly. Space is limited, so please RSVP at our Meetup website.
