Qigong is a series of gentle movements coordinated with your breathing to strengthen and heal the joints and organs of your body. Qigong has been practiced for thousands of years in China to help people improve their immune system, to help monks improve their mental and spiritual attainment, and to help warriors obtain the best physical achievement. It's gentle and appropriate for people of all ages and skill levels.

Baduanjin Qigong is an exercise that gently stretches your muscles, nerves, fascia, and joints. Regular practice is said to improve the "qi" or energy of your body while keeping your body supple and healthy.
